Our Mission

Through various departments, External Relations seeks to build productive and meaningful lifelong relationships between the University and its many constituencies, which include students, alumni, parents, friends, industry leaders, and community members.

What We Do

We build strong support and lasting relationships by:

  • Providing engaging alumni programming and comprehensive career services and resources;
  • Connecting industry to strategic areas throughout the University to develop solid partnerships;
  • Preserving the history and heritage of the University;
  • Securing philanthropic investment to advance the University’s ongoing mission to be the world’s leader in aviation and aerospace education and research.

The Office of Alumni Relations

The Office of Alumni Relations directs and supports programs to provide alumni with opportunities to network, volunteer, support current students, and strengthen their connection to their University. The Office of University Development

The Office of University Development works to establish and maintain relationships with Embry-Riddle alumni, parents, and friends, as well as corporations and foundations that provide private financial support for the University and its programs. The Office of Alumni and Development Communications

The Office of Development Services

The Office of Development Services researches, reports, and analyzes development data; handles gifts and development records administration; and maintains related databases. The Office of Corporate and Government Relations

The Office of Corporate and Government Relations connects industry, government entities, and corporate partners directly with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University departments and personnel. Corporate and Government Relations will help identify solutions, specifically for the areas of talent recruitment, professional development, and research & Affiars. University Archives

The University Archives preserves and documents the University's history and heritage by collecting and archiving documents, oral histories, memorabilia, and artifacts that tell the Embry-Riddle story from the earliest days as a flight school at Lunken Airport in Cincinnati, Ohio, through its emergence as a global university.
