For Employers

Welcome to the Employer section of the Career Services site. Please take the time to look around and learn about the services we offer. This is the place to start if you are interested in recruiting our talented students/alumni and filling your open positions!

We offer employers the opportunity to receive the resumes of our students along with the opportunity to post job openings. Most importantly, registering with our office will open lines of communication which will allow you to request specific information from a program manager, schedule on-campus interviews, and facilitate the recruitment process. To register with our office and to post full-time positions, please visit http://erau.erecruiting.com/emp/sblogin and click on the link to create an account. When using the EagleHire Network, if you need assistance, please refer to our helpful tutorial. (.pdf-file-76kb)

If you would like additional information about our services, please review the Career Services corporate brochure (pdf-file).

Thanks for visiting.

Sincerely,
Lisa Scott Kollar

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Cooperative Education/Internship Program

The Embry-Riddle Cooperative Education/Internship Program (Co-op/Internship) provides students with practical experience that reinforces the theoretical concepts learned in the classroom. This program aids in bridging the gap between student life and the working world, while combining the students academic and career interests with work experience in business, industry, government, or service organizations. Key elements of the Co-op/Internship Program experience are:

  • Supervision and evaluation of performance by professionals in the student's career field
  • Professional-level work assignments in areas related to the students academic major
  • Completion of learning objectives designed to relate academic studies to the work world
