Campus Mail

All students are assigned a mailbox which they are required to check on a daily basis. University and personal communications are placed in the student mailboxes each day.

Prior to a student's arrival, all personal mail, UPS, Federal Express, deliveries, etc., should be addressed as follows:

•  Students have access to a full range of incoming & outgoing postal and shipping services on campus with exception of outgoing electronics unless in original packing.  

•  Student’s mail and package notices are placed in the mailboxes Monday - Friday.  

•  Mailboxes are the primary means of intra-university communications and students are responsible for checking their box daily.  Mail and packages not collected after 30 days will be returned to sender.  

• Parents, when ordering items for your son/daughter in your name, please include their name in the address by placing C/O in front of their name.

•   Transmissions are accepted 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Please limit number of pages received to 10. 

•   The facsimile will be placed in your student’s mailbox during business hours Monday- Friday.
