Applied and accepted students are given access
to Embry-Riddle’s intranet, ERAU Online.
We encourage you to use ERAU
Online for information you will need as a student at Embry-Riddle and
beyond.
If you have already applied you should have received a letter
with your login and password. If you have misplaced this information,
or need assistance, please
contact us.
All applicants to graduate programs at Embry-Riddle
are members of the Graduate Applicant portal offering the opportunity
to explore all that we have to offer. Once there, click on the
buttons at the left side of the screen to learn about our campuses,
the degree programs, financial aid, important facts for international
students, and other useful information.
You will also find a Discussion Board button
for communicating with other applicants, as well as Graduate Admissions
staff members. The Blackboard Learning System™ is Web-based server
software offering you access to information that is important
to you as you transition from applicant to accepted to registered
student. This is the same portal system that you will use as a
student at Embry-Riddle to access account information, class schedules,
or assignments, or to communicate University-wide.
To get started in the system:
• Go to http://erau.blackboard.com
• Log in with your account ID and password
• Choose the Graduate Applicant Organization to enter the system
The Online Services Tab at the top of the screen will take you
to an area that you can customize to meet your specific needs.
Within the Online Services area, you will find:
♦ ERAU Network Services – Use this area to connect to your Embry-Riddle
e-mail account or to change your password. Changing your password
in the Web mail module changes the password that you will use
to log in to ERAU Online. To change your password, log in to the
Web mail module using the Account ID and Password assigned to
you. Within the Web mail module, you will see three icons at the
top of the page. Click on the “Options” icon indicated by “checkmarks”.
The first option is to change your password. Remember that passwords
are case sensitive.
♦ ERAU Administrative Services – Use this area to change your
PIN. You can also customize the Online Services area by clicking
on the 
button at the top of the screen. You may add extra services, like
weather, Daytona Beach student links, Prescott studen links, calendars
and more.
If you are accepted to our graduate programs, you will then
be able to access the Graduate Student portal, which will give
you additional access to further features of ERAU Online.
Once you become a student at Embry-Riddle, you will continue
to use ERAU Online for all student access functions. Please note
that the e-mail address provided to you is the same address that
you will maintain throughout your career as a graduate student
at Embry-Riddle. Important messages will be posted to this student
account, and you should check it frequently. To gain access to
the e-mail resource, enter the Blackboard system with your Account
ID and password, and link to the Online Services button. In the
ERAU Network you will find a link to ERAU e-mail.
