Classrooms

The Daytona Beach campus is comprised of more than 100 classrooms and
labs, 85 of which have an audio visual system installed, which includes
an Internet-connected computer at the podium, and twelve of which have a
computer at each student seat. These high-end computer systems are equipped
with a processor running at a speed of at least 2GHz. For data storage, each
computer is equipped with 250MB Zip and CD-RW/DVD drives as well as 100MB of
network storage.

Multimedia Classrooms

A multimedia classroom is a classroom with a computer at the podium. Each room is also equipped with an audio/visual system. A typical multimedia classroom consists of:

  • Dell computer at podium
  • Multimedia projector
  • ERAUNET and Internet access
  • VCR
  • Document camera

Computerized Classrooms

A computerized classroom has a computer at each student's seat as well as a computer at the podium. A typical computerized classroom consists of:

  • Multimedia projector
  • ERAUNET and Internet access
  • VCR
