Your EAGLEcard is your Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University identification card, access card, and debit card. It's an easy and safe way to make purchases and use services on campus. Students can manage their EAGLECard accounts in ERNIE. Just log into ERNIE, go to the Services tab and click on Manage my EAGLEcard. Guest Deposits can be made by going to Guest Deposit - ERAU EAGLEcard.
Your EAGLEcard will identify you as an affiliate of the University, whether as a student, visitor, contractor or faculty/staff member. The ID will be required whenever you attend any school activity, library, events, games, voting or department for services.
If you live in on-campus University Housing, your EAGLEcard will provide you access to the residence halls. Also, certain labs and buildings require the use of an EAGLEcard for entry.
Your EAGLEcard can have multiple debit accounts on it. The EAGLEdollars account, which is managed by the University and can be used at the following locations: all of the on-campus dining locations, University Bookstore, vending machines, copiers and at select off-campus merchants. Dining Services manages the Meal Plan accounts, Dining Dollars and Sodexo Bucks which are also accessed with your EAGLEcard.
You simply deposit money in your accounts then you don't have to worry about carrying around cash or checks, or have several forms of identification. Your first EAGLEcard is issued free of charge (for students, faculty, staff, vendors and contractors. $5 fee for Alumni) There is a fee for replacement cards.
