If you are experiencing a login or password problem, from the ERNIE login page, select "Forgot password". Enter your ERAU username and proceed through the steps to do a self-password reset. At this time, using a text enabled mobile phone to receive a verification code allowing you to complete the password reset process is the best method. If you are presented with the option to answer security questions, or you see a generic error, please try and proceed, and if you are still experiencing problems, contact IT Support below.
