Embry-Riddle strongly encourages everyone to get vaccinated. In addition, leadership has made it clear they expect everyone to wear a mask whenever they are inside Embry-Riddle buildings or aircraft.

We are offering vaccination opportunities as well as ongoing testing at both of our residential campuses, in Daytona Beach, Florida, and Prescott, Arizona, during the fall 2021 semester.

General information on our vaccination and testing plan is provided below. This information is subject to change. For members of our community who show symptoms of Covid-19, Embry-Riddle’s healthcare professionals will provide rapid diagnostic testing, followed by contact tracing. For those who are concerned they may have been exposed to the virus, we will offer ongoing testing opportunities.

As of Sept. 7, 2021, testing and vaccination information was as follows:

  • On our Prescott, Arizona campus, visit the tent by the Wellness Center weekly on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to noon. Vaccine clinics are offered every Thursday from noon until 2 p.m. at the Wellness Center, by appointment (928-777-6653).
  • On our Daytona Beach Campus, stop by the Mori Hosseini Student Union for testing weekly every Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Vaccines are available daily, at Health Services, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Walk-ups are welcome.
