ERLI will register students two weeks before classes start. When you are registered, you must pay for your classes as soon as possible. You can pay your balance in full with a credit card, cashier check or electronic transfer. Or, for a $65 fee, you can set up a payment plan and pay up to four installments depending on when you enroll. When you enroll in the plan, you must pay the first payment plus the $65 fee.
Click here for detailed instructions on how to make a payment.
Contact the Office of Bursar at sfs@erau.edu or 386-226-6280 if you need to make different arrangements for payment.
Students have two options for housing: on-campus and off-campus.
Housing is difficult to find, so plan to look for housing as soon as possible. ERLI does not facilitate host families or home stays. Students are responsible for finding housing on their own.
On-campus housing: If you want to live in a university dormitory room, you must sign a contract for two semesters. You also will have at least one roommate and will probably share a bathroom with at least three other students. If you want to live on campus, you must pay your housing deposit, and you also need to apply for housing. Do this as soon as possible — housing fills up fast!
Off-campus housing: If you want to live off campus, you will need to do this also as soon as possible, as places near campus will also fill up fast. Private apartments starting from $1000 per month. Some suggested sites to search for off-campus housing include forrent.com and apartments.com. Be aware of scammers!
You must complete you medical form to show you have all the required vaccinations. Complete the medical form. Send your completed form to dbhealth@erau.edu. If you have medical records, they must be translated to English.
If you are missing shots or cannot verify immunizations, you can get those vaccinations in your home country before you leave or in the U.S. after you arrive at the university.
All students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan. Students who live off-campus have the option to purchase a meal plan if they want to. Click here to see the Meal Plan Options.
Every student is required to have an EagleCard. This card is your access key, campus debit card, library card and meal plan card, and can even be used for purchases and discounts off-campus. Apply for your card.
