* New methodology; exercise caution when comparing to prior cohorts:
• Survey respondents provided their employment status as of exactly one year post-graduation. Prior to this change, respondents instead provided their status at the time of the survey administration (1-2 years post-graduation).
• Survey respondents who were “out of the workforce due to other reasons” are included in all calculations and labeled as “Not Seeking.” Prior to this change, these cases were excluded from the calculations. This change aligns ERAU’s placement and employment rates with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) standards, and results in lower rates than the previous formula.
