The Office of Sponsored Research Administration (OSRA) is responsible for the negotiation and acceptance of grants for research projects at Embry-Riddle. The Office identifies funding sources; assists in proposal development, review, endorsement, and submission; negotiates agreements; accepts and appropriates awards; interprets guidelines; and works to ensure compliance with sponsor and Embry-Riddle policies. The Office assists in finding funding, in budget development, internal review, and approval, and ensures that the scope of the work — including the technical aspects of the award — is completed.
