High Reliability Organization (HRO)
Few industries understand the importance of managing comprehensive business risks and associated business principles of an HRO better than the aviation industry. These principles emphasize understanding and quantifying risk and building organizations capable of managing risk. The HRO theme and risk-related concepts are applicable to all industries.
Customize Your Studies
The standard certificate option MBAA is 36 credit hours, including nine credit hours of High-Reliability Organization (HRO) curriculum, 15 credit hours of business core curriculum and 12 credit hours of specialized certificate courses.
The non-certificate option is 30 credit hours and replaces the certificate courses with six credit hours of other College of Business courses. This can be completed at your own pace or on the Fast Track plan of study, which allows you to earn your degree in just five terms — that’s less than one year!
