A team of Embry-Riddle students is collaborating with industry partners to develop an innovative uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) for delivering medical supplies. This UAV is designed to launch from a host aircraft and autonomously fly hundreds of miles to make a delivery. The team utilized advanced computational fluid dynamics, 3D printing and tests in wind tunnels and flight trials in the production process of the UAV.
