The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 requires colleges and universities to publicly disclose various aspects of their policies and procedures. The information provided is to aid families in making the best college decision possible for them and their future.
Annually, Embry-Riddle distributes to all enrolled students, via the University catalog, student handbook, and FERPA webpage, a notice of the availability of the information that is required to be made available to students under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
Embry-Riddle makes available to prospective and enrolled students information regarding how and where to contact individuals designated to assist in obtaining institutional or financial aid information.
Embry-Riddle makes available to any public consumer general institutional information regarding university data found on the Department of Education College Navigator website, Student Diversity, Student Achievement, Accreditation, Copyright and Computer Sharing Policies, etc.
