Effect of Surfactant Viscosity on Nucleate Pool Boiling
PI Birce Dikici
Surfactants are used in engineering systems for reducing surface tension of fluids, especially water. However, it is not known how their viscosities affect nucleate boiling. The purpose of this research is to determine the viscosities of various surfactant solutions and elucidate the effect of viscosity on nucleate boiling
