Evaluating Simulation Tools to Study the Impact of Space Shuttle Launch on the National Air Transportation System

The objective of this project is to provide a comparative study to evaluate the functionalities of the available airspace simulation tools.

In particular, the objective is to evaluate how these available simulation tools can be used to capture the impact of space shuttle launch on the National Air Transportation System. This impact could be in the form of flight delays, flight cancellations, trajectory amendments, etc.
