Immunization Requirements:

• All students who attend on site classes must have submitted the Alaska Meningitis Attestation Form through an automated process through Campus Solutions. All Alaska students will receive a “to-do” item on their account, along with a hold, that will be released once the Attestation Form is completed and submitted.
• Students only need to attest to the fact that they have read and understand the notice on meningococcal disease
• There is no requirement to be vaccinated against meningococcal disease to attend on site classes

• A late drop is defined as any drop after the completion of add/drop period and prior to the mid-point of the course, and is reviewed as an exception to policy. • Arizona Students Cancellation and Refund Policy: An applicant rejected by the school is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.  An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal and state holidays) of signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid. No later than 30 days after receiving the notice of cancellation, the school shall provide the 100% refund.  An applicant requesting cancellation more than three days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment, but prior to entering the school, is entitled to a refund of all monies paid (minus an administrative or registration fee, not to exceed $200, if applicable).

Immunization Requirements:

• Hawaii State Law(s) require students meet immunization requirements prior to attending any post-secondary school in the State.
• The health requirements for post-secondary schools in Hawaii are:
• A record of immunizations, signed or stamped by a U.S. licensed practitioner (physician, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician Assistant) or the Hawaii Department of Health, must be presented to ERAU advisor, staff and/or administrator(s).
• All students who attend on site or Eagle Vision Classroom (EVC) classes in Hawaii must submit the immunization requirement or an approved exemption certificate from the State of Hawaii through the secure upload link below. Students will receive a “to-do” item on their account that will be released by the addition of a positive service indicator once the requirement is complete.
• If a student does not have the required immunizations by the first day of class, they can provide a medical appointment card indicating they are in the process of completing missing immunizations. Students who DO NOT complete ALL immunizations or do not have an appointment card from their doctor by the 1st day of class WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLASS until the requirements are met.

Student Complaint/Student Grievance Process:

Account for Student Indemnification:

NRS 394.553 Account for Student Indemnification.

1. The Account for Student Indemnification is hereby created in the State General Fund. The existence of the Account does not create a right in any person to receive money from the Account. The Administrator shall administer the Account in accordance with regulations adopted by the Commission.
2. Except as otherwise limited by subsection 3, the money in the Account may be used to indemnify any student or enrollee who has suffered damage as a result of:
   1. The discontinuance of operation of a postsecondary educational institution licensed in this state; or
   2. The violation by such an institution of any provision of NRS 394.383 to 394.560, inclusive, or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
3. If a student or enrollee is entitled to indemnification from a surety bond pursuant to NRS 394.480, the bond must be used to indemnify the student or enrollee before any money in the Account may be used for indemnification.
4. In addition to the expenditures made for indemnification pursuant to subsection 2, the Administrator may use the money in the Account to pay extraordinary expenses incurred to investigate claims for indemnification or resulting from the discontinuance of the operation of a post-secondary educational institution licensed in this state. Money expended pursuant to this subsection must not exceed, for each institution for which indemnification is made, 15 percent of the total amount expended for indemnification pursuant to subsection 2 or $10,000, whichever is less.
5. No expenditure may be made from the Account if the expenditure would cause the balance in the Account to fall below $10,000.
6. Interest and income earned on the money in the Account, after deducting any applicable charges, must be credited to the Account.
7. The money in the Account does not lapse to the State General Fund at the end of any fiscal year.

State of Nevada Course Requirement

• All students who obtain their degree from an Embry-Riddle Worldwide Site in the State of Nevada must complete a course that covers the United States and State Constitution. Students may satisfy this requirement by completing GOVT 320 American National Government, or through transfer credit of an equivalent course from another institution. This requirement does not apply to students taking courses through Worldwide Online outside of the State of Nevada.
• The institution retains, for at least 5 years, all student records, as required by various State and Federal Agencies. After that period of time, the school is required to retain only copies of the students’ transcripts.
