His decision to join Embry‑Riddle was further solidified when he transitioned from working at a local golf course to a position in the marketing department, thanks to his mother's encouragement.
The Corbin legacy continues as his daughter, Gianna, started working for Embry‑Riddle in 2023. Over the years, Kenny has been motivated by the university's dedication to growth, expansion and improving the student experience.

During his 27-year tenure, Kenny has witnessed significant changes at Embry‑Riddle. The university has expanded its facilities, programs, and global reach, with campuses now in Singapore, Brazil and Germany. This growth has been exciting for Kenny, especially in his role in HR, where he has had the opportunity to learn and adapt to new global challenges.
Proudest Accomplishments
Kenny takes pride in several key accomplishments during his time at Embry‑Riddle. He has been instrumental in implementing new systems, including the introduction of a new HR system in 2002 and a new compensation structure in 2000. Most recently, he played a significant role in implementing Workday, a major achievement for the university.
