Before you can enroll in the Embry-Riddle Language Institute (ERLI), you must pay two important fees: the application fee and the tuition deposit.

The application fee is required to process your application.

The $200 tuition deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your tuition. International students should not pay the tuition deposit until after they receive their visa.

Payment Information

When to Pay

The $50 application fee is due when you submit the application.

The $200 tuition deposit is due when you are admitted to ERLI; however, international students should wait to pay the tuition deposit until they have received their visa.

Tuition and mandatory fees are due before the first day of class. Students who live on campus will also have housing and a meal plan added to their bill. Students must pay their bill or sign up for a payment plan by the due date. Students who do not pay by the due date will be dropped from their classes. Students should buy textbooks after classes begin.

You can use a credit card or bank wire transfer to pay for tuition, fees, insurance, housing and meals each semester. Learn more about methods of payment on the Student Financial Services website.

Students may purchase textbooks from the campus bookstore or online. ERLI teachers will provide students with more information on textbooks.

About Estimated Costs

All amounts shown above or in other university publications and web pages represent tuition and fees as currently approved. However, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University reserves the right to increase or modify tuition and fees without prior notice, upon approval by the Board or as otherwise consistent with Board policy and to make such modifications applicable to students enrolled at Embry-Riddle at that time as well as to incoming students.

In addition, all tuition amounts and fees are subject to change at any time for correction of errors. Finally, please note that fee amounts billed for any period may be adjusted at a future date.
