Dr. Kyle Collins, assistant professor of Aerospace Engineering and interim director of the Eagle Flight Research Center at Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University, earned second place in the United States, and eighth in the world, at the 2023 World Advanced Aerobatic Championships (WAAC), hosted last month in Jean, Nevada.

Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University’s ninth-annual TREP Expo presented its first Veteran Entrepreneurs Award to Limitless Aeronautics for the company’s micro uncrewed air vehicle (UAV) swarm system, Nov. 16 on the Daytona Beach Campus.

Dr. Becky Lutte is an associate professor and chair of the Graduate Studies Department. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master of Public Administration with an Aviation minor from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Ph.D. in Public Administration with a specialization in Aviation Policy from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Although he was born in Sicily and raised in Spain, David Hughes (’21, ’24) has never been very far from Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University.
