Submitting Documents

Unofficial documents (resume, statement of objectives, letters of recommendation) may be submitted through our Secure Upload Link. Note that transcripts and test scores uploaded through this link will be considered unofficial.

Official documents, including college and high school transcripts and standardized test scores, must be submitted electronically to dbsubmit@erau.edu or by mail to the address below.

Note: While not required for admissions purposes, students who have AP, IB, dual enrollment or other coursework that may be eligible for advanced standing or transfer credit must request original transcripts from the awarding institution, or test results from the testing agency be sent to Embry‑Riddle. Notation on high school transcript is not sufficient to award credit.

Special Considerations for Embry‑Riddle Daytona Beach

All applicants to the Daytona Beach Campus follow Embry‑Riddle’s general admissions requirements. The details below outline considerations specific to transfer students applying to the Daytona Beach Campus.

• Official transcripts of all college-level work attempted and letters of recommendation provided.
• Official high school transcripts are required of applicants with fewer than 30 college credits.
• Minimum grade point average of 2.0 from the last institution attended and a combined GPA of 2.0. Most successful transfer applicants present at least a 2.5 (C+) average on a four-point scale. Applicants with grade point averages between a 2.0 and a 2.4 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Special Considerations for Embry-Riddle Prescott

All applicants to the Prescott Campus follow Embry‑Riddle’s general admissions requirements. The details below outline additional considerations specific to Prescott, including program-specific preparation and campus-based admissions processes.

• Official transcripts of all college-level work attempted and letters of recommendation provided.
• Official high school transcripts will be required of applicants who have not served in the United States military, if fewer than 30 semester hours of college-level credit have been earned.
• Minimum grade point average of 2.0 from the last institution attended and a combined GPA of 2.0. Most successful transfer applicants present at least a 2.5 (C+) average on a four-point scale. Applicants with grade point averages between a 2.0 and a 2.4 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Special Considerations for Embry-Riddle Worldwide & Online

All applicants to the Worldwide & Online Campus, including Europe campus, follow Embry‑Riddle’s general admissions requirements. The details below outline additional considerations specific to Worldwide & Online, including program-specific preparation and campus-based admissions processes.

• Minimum of a 2.0 cumulative grade point average (CGPA) on a 4.0 scale from an accredited degree-granting institution. The minimum GPA for transfer students applying to technical majors is a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• When an applicant has attended more than one institution, a cumulative average for all previous college work attempted will be calculated to determine the overall CGPA.
• An official high school transcript may be required of applicants who have not served in the United States military, if fewer than 12 semester hours of college-level credit have been earned.

Special Considerations for Embry-Riddle Asia

All applicants to the Asia Campus follow Embry‑Riddle’s general admissions requirements. The details below outline additional considerations specific to Asia, including program-specific preparation and campus-based admissions processes.

• Minimum of a 2.0 cumulative grade point average (CGPA) on a 4.0 scale from an accredited degree-granting institution. The minimum GPA for transfer students applying to technical majors is a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Applicants from Singapore can use the following international equivalents for guidance:
  • Two "A" level passes (minimum Grade D) and five "O" level passes (minimum Grade C); or
  • Polytechnic diploma in any discipline with a CGPA of 2.0 out of 4.0; or
  • IB Diploma with a cumulative of 30 points across six subjects.
• When an applicant has attended more than one institution, a cumulative average for all previous college work attempted will be calculated to determine the overall CGPA.
• An official high school transcript may be required of applicants who have not served in the United States military, if fewer than 12 semester hours of college-level credit have been earned.
• Applicants for whom English is not the primary language must meet the Minimum English Language Requirements:
  • Attain a minimum score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) of 550 (paper-based) or 4 (internet-based).
  • Attain a minimum score on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) of 6.0.
  • Attain a minimum score on the Duolingo English Test of 105.
  • Attain a minimum score on the Cambridge English Language Assessment of 170.
  • Attain a minimum score on the EIKEN Test in Practical English Proficiency of Pre-1.
  • Earn transferable credit for a course that is the equivalent of ENGL 123 English Composition at an accredited postsecondary institution.
  • Display evidence of attendance and graduation from a secondary school in which the language of instruction was English.

For applicants with educational experience outside of Singapore, refer to our International Students admissions page. Embry‑Riddle requires that all international students (non-Singaporean citizen or permanent resident intending to study in person at the Singapore Campus) meet the university minimum requirements for admission. These requirements vary from country to country and each application to Embry‑Riddle is reviewed on an individual case-by-case basis.

Asia Campus Undergraduate Program Duration Options

• Full-time: Full-time undergraduate degree programs are designed to be completed in 48 months; however, they can be considerably shorter when transfer credit is awarded. Courses are typically delivered face-to-face; however, some classes may be offered online or blended, mixing classroom and online learning. Full-time programs are suitable for both students residing in Singapore and international applicants.
• Part-time: ERAU Asia welcomes working professionals looking to gain expertise, transition to a new role or seek a promotion to enroll in our part-time undergraduate programs. Part-time undergraduate degree programs are designed to be completed in 60 months; however, they can be considerably shorter when transfer credit is awarded. Courses are typically delivered in a blended modality, mixing classroom and online learning. Part-time programs are designed for students residing in Singapore, and international students cannot be issued a student pass for part-time learning.
