Dr. Hao Peng is an assistant professor whose research advances space exploration through astrodynamics, spacecraft dynamics and artificial intelligence.
Peng’s work focuses on astrodynamics, orbital and attitude dynamics and control, space situational awareness, and guidance, navigation and control. His research also explores applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence to complex aerospace engineering challenges, with an emphasis on problems uniquely suited to AI- and ML-based approaches.
Peng joined Embry-Riddle in 2023 and welcomes students and researchers interested in advancing innovative solutions for space exploration and aerospace operations.
