Dr. Elke Speliopoulos is an assistant professor in the Department of Humanities and Communication, teaching courses in technical communication, ethics and speech.
Dr. Speliopoulos brings academic expertise in ethics, theology and intercultural studies. This experience is complemented by more than 25 years of global leadership roles in the enterprise software industry, primarily at SAP, a global enterprise software company supporting organizations in more than 180 countries. Her experience leading international teams, driving organizational change and managing cross-functional initiatives informs her teaching in ethics, leadership, organizational culture and cross-cultural communication. For Embry-Riddle students, this enables her to connect academic theory with the ethical and leadership challenges encountered in professional practice.
