The intent of this report is in conducting an examination of current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations directly applying to Detect, Sense, and Avoid (DSA) capabilities of UAS.
Project Details
This included an extensive analysis of mandated and recommended material distributed by the FAA was closely scrutinized for its applicability towards DSA operations, reviewing such materials as 14 Code of Federal Regulations 91, the Airman's Information Manual, the Federal Aviation Regulations, as well as some other publications.
