Cost of workshop (to cover cost of catering, dinner, and miscellanea.):
- $350 professionals, $75 students.

Paper Submissions: Distinguished quality papers presented at the workshop will be selected for a publication. Papers selected need to be prepared following the Springer format.
- Short papers: 4 pages. Full papers 8-plus pages.
- Format: Springer Proceedings Template. (LaTeX preferred, Word™ optional)
- Submission platform: meteor.springer.com/azaic now open for signup and proposals
- Deadlines: Draft submission and abstract may be uploaded to Springer Meteor now. Final submission has been moved to August 10, 2026 for abstract and draft paper to appear in program. Camera Ready version in Meteor due In mid-September for fall publication.
