My Aviation career began in the US Air Force, and was stationed in Japan, Texas, Alaska, and Maryland. After the service, I worked for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing in contract maintenance, aircraft construction, and product support engineering. I spent a few years with the US government working for the Defense Logistics Agency as procurement quality assurance, and for NASA as a research systems integration technician and aircraft configuration manager. I have extensive engineering and field experience with power generation gas/steam turbines and turbine generators.
