I've been an Adjunct Professor teaching law classes for Embry-Riddle since 2012. I am a full-time lawyer in Memphis, Tennessee, and I have had a wide-ranging law practice which has included diverse areas of law, including aviation, personal injury, criminal, family, and employment law. Before becoming an attorney, I was a regional and national airline pilot, with prior experience as an airline captain, check airman, and simulator instructor.
My undergraduate degree is in Commercial Aviation from Delta State University, and I also hold a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Additionally, I completed my Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in March of 2024, with my dissertation topic focusing on the teaching of commercial aviation courses during the pandemic.
