In addition, I review and revise company-wide processes and advise on talent management functions.
Selected accomplishments:
- Developed risk reduction and "way forward" plan for human systems activities on a large RADAR program.
- Achieved net cost avoidance of $3.5M through identification of root cause in a unit testing issue for safety-of-flight item.
- Led human-machine interface (HMI) working group for multiple ACAT 1 programs.


Consulting Human Factors Engineer

Responsible for 2-5 aeronautics programs at once, I led technical teams to author sections of billion-dollar proposals. In addition, I acted as an SME and support resource for customers and vendors on human factors issues. 
Selected accomplishments:
- Authored sections of $40B+ EMD contract.
- Reduced service incidents by developing recommendations on issues in flight testing activities.
- Created and delivered “Warfighter Perspective” speaker series on user relationship to design.

I led development and implementation of patented technologies for aeronautics programs. In addition to authoring areas of government proposals, I also reviewed internal processes and identified opportunities to improve business and technology performance.
