The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) has named an Embry-Riddle doctoral candidate and three university alumni to its inaugural 30/30 class, which recognizes young professionals whose work is advancing aerospace and shaping its future.

People who have trouble walking could get comfortable, customized assistance from a wearable robotic device, known as an exoskeleton, developed by Embry-Riddle researchers with a $523,000 grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
